Will the Avic-Z1 work in a 2007 Silverado

Hello Everyone,

I would like to know if the Avic-Z1 will fit in my truck and what I will need to install it . I have factory XM Radio , No onstar and controls on the steering wheel.

My truck is a 2007 Chevrolet 3500 Silverado

yes, it will fit. You will need a pac adapter. Goto there site and search. Also, search for install help with a silverado... there is a couple step by step guides that show it all...

is it the classic 3500? i just had mine done on my 06 2500 and it sounds great. i was thinking about getting an amp and speakers to replace the bose, but by adding the z1 and tweaking the settings, it sounds amazing.

i see your in maryland, where are you going to get it installed?
