Street name speech capability issue

Just staring to get into the features of the newly installed z120.

I have really noticed that the avid generated speech navigational directions almost never use streetnames.

Only time I have heard anything other than turn right or left is when I turn onto an interstate.

I cannot find anything to adjust this. On my Tom Tom I need to use the computer generated voice to get street names. Is there a similar setting for the 120?

I get all the spoken street names with my cheap Garmin and TomTom surely the 120 is equal to them?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Switch the voice to the TTS voice.

Thanks for the info. I thought as much.

But I couldn't find the settings. So with your encouragement I went looking again and it is under the regions settings.

Strange place to put TTS but I see the twisted logic now.

Thanks again.

The TTS is much better on the Z1-3 in my opinion. It seems really "rough" on the Z120. Anyone else with experience on boht units notice this? I don't even use it on the Z120 anymore...
