You can buy a DTV box (many run on 12VDC), and use the AUX AV inputs. It will run via remote - so either the box has to be mounted in a direct access spot, or you need a remote repeater.

That said, your issue will be getting a good antenna. I could not find anything that works well (and fits) in my Prius...
