I have decided to buy an iPod to carry my music for my 700. I have never owned an ipod type of media player mostly because I am totally deaf in one ear and putting anything in the other ear just makes me crazy. So my question is...I'm looking for an ipod that holds maybe 8 gigs of music at a time. In looking around there have been several iterations of the ipod. Which is the cheapest model that will utilize the 700's controls and display, maybe something I can find used on craigslist or ebay.
