Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone knows how to reset a password on my avicf700bt. I just bought the unit from the internet and when I plugged it in it comes up with a password section that is all greyed out and it will not let me enter in a password. I dont have the password anyway, so is there a way to do a master reset on this unit? any help would be appreciated. The CD does play.

the whole point of passwords is to keep people that dont know the password from using it.

ive been told that you can send it into pioneer to have them reset it but you have to have proof that its yours and not stolen which might be difficult since it was bought online (theft could be the reason the seller didn't give you the password)
