If i set that a backupcam is connected to the car it automaticly switch to revers cam, no pic tho.

Does this mean that i can just conect the cam and it`s up running ?

I thougt i have constant power to it so i can wath rear while driving. "trailer"

yes if when you put the car into reverse, and the camera setting is turned on, a black screen with a warning written on it shows up then your reverse wire is already connected and you just need to plug a camera into the input, you will also need to run power back to the camera, if you tap in to the red ACC wire for the radio then you can select the camera anytime yo view while driving.

That is clearly a cheap garbage Chinese made camera and looks as if it was purchased on eBay. Your experience is usually the case when buying these garbage items. Invest a hundred bucks and get a camera that will work when you get it and will last longer then 90 days. Good luck to you.

also i would recommend doing the install in way that makes it simple to replace the camera if it ever does go bad, since they are located out side they have a higher probability of going bad, so try to get cameras that have connections near the camera so you wont have to completely rewire the job if needed
