Ok, so I have figured out how to set my presets (press and hold) but how do I replace "Preset 1" with "Howard 100" or the like?

I think this is known crippled issue with a Sirius tuner.

Wow, that's WEAK! Can't believe that Pioneer thinks that's in any way "ok".

Yeah unfortunately the Sirius tuner sucks when it comes to displaying channel info and scrolling artist & songs...
