i recently got a used f500bt, the problem that i am having its that when the device it is on the dock, it wont let me go into any of the setting, i get a red battery on the screen with a lighting sign, however when i detached the device the battery turns blue and all of a sudden Im able to go into the setting, can someone tell me why s that? do i need to replace my battery or something?
