if you flash the firmware with the latest on here it will remove the password for you...

here is an easy solution:

Boot into test mode

Navigate to the 'My Flash Disk/USER/UserData/iGo/save' folder

Delete all files in the 'save' folder (there will prob be 4 files and 1 folder)

Navigate to the 'My Flash Disk/USER/UserData/SETUP' folder

Delete all files in the 'SETUP' folder (there will prob be 5 files)

Exit test mode and reboot normally

Problem solved!

Jon, what's the best way to boot into test mode? I have the reboot issue and it doesn't seem to engage into test mode. I've tried the rest+load button technique as well as the rest+load+map+menu button route and test mode doesn't seem to come up. Any advice would be appreciated.
