Just wondering if there is any way to watch Netflix movies, or YouTube videos streaming through an iPhone, to any Pioneer head unit?

Yes you can. Its been covered in the navi forums before. Start an iPod video from the unit and that will open the video input. Then select the video from the Youtube or Netflix app.
