Hi,

I have checked and double checked but am certain everything is set up fine. I recently removed the sony xav-60 double din unit and radio worked perfectly. aerial is definately plugged in, and even in my area i will receive poor reception even without aerial plugged in.

However i do not get static even with aerial plugged in, and it never finds any stations.

Any ideas? Everything else on the unit works fine, sound mp3 dvd etc...

depending on the car, did you hook up the power antenna wire (this wire is not just for raising and lowering power antennas, but also for turning on antenna amplifiers )
