Simple question....do i absolutly have to have the software disk to transfer backgrounds from my computer to my N2...or can i just put the images on a disk and put them in there?

It should say how to do that in the owners manual. If you don't have that, you can get it on pioneer's website. www.pioneerelectronics.com
