Lost XM

This used to only happen when it was hot outside (sometimes), but after cooling off I could always get XM back. Now it happens all the time, and most of the time the XM button is greyed out and not an option. But every once in awhile it is there and works fine for about an hour or so and then shuts itself off. Nav and all the other options (am,fm, etc.) work fine and always have. I haven't ripped anything apart yet, not sure where to start. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Paul

Check your cable and power connections on the XM unit. Also check the XM cables on the back of the headunit. Maybe something is loose.
