I just installed the AVIC-80DVD to use with my Pioneer 7500 system and the unit came with the CNDV-40R DVD. The disk has scratches on it and is very erratic in its operation. I am loooking to update to the CNDV 50MT (per Pioneer). Will that work? Will I have to worry about that software restricting DVD viewing while driving?
