Hey all,

Well i just upgraded to the z120-bt. everything is amazing on the unit. i have one issue. my voice commands to play artist or use map work. but when i got to use the voice commands to call a contact from my phone it does not understand. i will say call scott. it states that it cant understand.

Specs:

honda civic si 08

phone- droid incredable

i can access the contacts with no issue from the head unit. but can use the voice commands. it wont even understand call home.

have the latest firmware on the headunit.

Any ideas??

Reset the unit.

When you say reset the unit do you mean a hard reset where it wipes everything? I have the latest firm ware on the head unit. is there anything else you have seen on this?

Wipe the unit. Do a full reset.

Make sure you was your hands after you wipe.
