You can tap into the Dark blue wire at Connector C2 (natural color, 25 pin connector), pin 22 of the BCM (located under the cluster inside the I/P), or the same wire at Connector C1 (Gray 50 pin connector), Pin M2 at the left I/P fuse block. This is the backup lamp relay control wire, that goes from the BCM to the backup lamps relay. It will be hot only when the BCM receives a signal that the vehicle has been placed in reverse gear.
