Is there a way to bypass the x series using software upload through SD card? So that I may still have

the option of muting sound.

I've also tried the link on Explorer at work and on my iphone and it still does not work for me.

I just emailed the link to myself and tried it from my i4 and got the same issue as you guys. So its not a link issue rather then an individual computer or device issue. Try it from here and let me know.
