my unit was freezing on splash screen before and couldnt do nothing, i loaded fx3.1 image splash screen comes up loads for about a minute and them completely shuts down unit, what should i do now

Mine did the same thing the first time I loaded 3.1, but I went back and allowed the unit to boot to test mode then I deleted everything in the in the "my flash drive" on the unit then started over with retell's instructions found here >> http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/27807-fx31-complete-firmware-image/.
