I have the Z120BT. It starts up with a few clolored lines and then nothing but white screen. But the touch works perfectly and sound is fine. I know where to touch by memory. I can even open to insert sd or dvd. Is there something serious wrong here or is there some kind of reset? Thanks for any input.

Well you can try resetting the unit per the instructions in the manual but I think it is safe to say that your unit is defective.
