When I receive a phone call through my Blackberry with Bluetooth turned on, the system hangs and I must reset the system, no buttons are functioning. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this, everything else works perfect.

Try the troubleshooting forum.

Try a different sd card freshly formatted to fat32 and re-install the complete 3.1 firmware package. I was having the same problems due to a corrupted card.

under your settings in the phone section i bet the "reject all calls" is on. happened to me as well turn off and all will be well
