Buying question (z110bt and upgrade) or (Z120bt)

Just wondering if I should buy a Z110 for 300 bucks and upgrade it with the Z120 software or just get a Z120?

They are both the same hardware unit so if you can get a 110 for that price I wouldn't even waste time asking us. Its a no brainer.
