Has anyone else noticed how you can't correct the GPS time to Atlantic TZ because it automatically selects Pacific TZ and won't allow you to add anymore than +3 hours? This means my time is only right part of the year. Is there a fix?

You mean the Eastern time zone? It works fine, make sure daylights savings is turned off.
