Im a new member here but i have some experience installing HU. I bought this unit used with the back up camera, xm radio, mic, and everything else minus the control unit to retain the steering wheel controls. Ill install that later on. I am having a problem figuring out what wires need to go where though because the installation guide doesnt say what wire to hook them into.

Wires i need help with:

-Pink Speed sensor wire

-Violet/White Reverse gear wire

All this is on a 2006 F150 Screw

Figured out the other two things. Right now i have the Pink Speed Sensor wired into the Grey/Black wire on the stock harness because i red that on another forum that thats the stock speed sensor wire. Pin #14. I still cant figure out the Reverse gear wire because the same thread said i could use the Dark Green/Yellow wire in pin #6 but my stock plug doesnt have a wire in pin #6

got everything finished. i found out i needed to wire it into the black/pink wire on the DKP. All is good and the system works great. Now just need to learn how to use it.
