i have a perfectly good tv tuner from pioneer for my z1 head unit.

ever since the US changed the signal to digital my tuner will no longer work. i spent a good amount on this tuner and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

is there a hack or mod that i can do to it so i can watch it again?

I think it can only be used as a boat anchor now... It really sucks.

Not yet. Maybe an RV store would have a 12volt HD tuner to interface but I doubt it

Does Pioneer have a digital tuner that will work with the Z1/2/3?  I'm wanting to put this unit into a small camper, and would like to pickup TV signals. 

I guess that I could always just use the AV inputs with an external digital receiver.

i havent seen any specific pioneer tuners but i have seen some portable tv's now that are digital. so i know they have made progress with mobile digital tuning.
