2007 GMC Yukon Denali w/Bose System and XM Sat Radio and RSE

Installing F700BT w/Sirius Sat Radio and Backseat TV for RSE screen. I decided to use the Metra GMOS-100 since they promoted that it would keep everything working as normal.

 

After many attempts still having some issues. The biggest issue right now is programming the steering wheel interface. The instructions say to turn ignition on and push sw volume controls when LED light starts blinking until volume starts to go up. It's not working, eventually pushing the volume up button will shut off the unit. GMOS-100 won't even light up now to program it. Tried reloading firmware and go through program cycle again and it's still not working.

 

One thing that's peculiar is even though I replaced the XM tuner with Sirius tuner I'm still getting the XM channels showing up in the dash gauge where odometer, tire pressure, etc... show up. I'm pretty sure we unplugged harness in behind glove box. Maybe we unplugged wrong cable.

 

Anyone have ideas on getting the steering wheel controls to work? If it won't work with GMOS-100, could I add a PAC SWI-PS and have it coexist with GMOS-100?
