Highway Signs no coming up... — AVIC411 Forum Archive

Hi, so i have a F910BT and i have it all working just how i want... basically stock with Navteq maps (not Whereis) maps at 2010Q3 so much newer than anything from Whereis.

i have 3.020200 firmware installed fresh from pioneers site. i have the hacked ezrider and the license file for generic worldwide iGO. everything works just great except highway signs are not showing....

is this a line of text i need in my SYS file?

That is not a feature of the stock setup from Pioneer. I had to code that and create the sign so that it looked exactly like the real sign. Then there is a model to get it visible. The igo feature is there but Pioneer does not include it with the stock setup.

Check out my thread (as well as others) in the completed mods section if you want a ton more features over the stock setup. You might start to actually love your AVIC.
