I have an x910bt and when I make calls it does not come through the stereo there is no sound but if someone is on the other end they can hear what I say through my mic. What am I doing wrong?

What kind of phone do you have? Did you enable your BT on your phone? Do you see a BT icon on the X910?

I have the Sony Xperia X10 and it shows everything and connection you can make calls and receive them but no sound through stereo. Even on gps only sound that comes through is when i play sd or cd not on radio. Like when I play the radio it will mute but no sound will come out for gps.
