My husband bought me the map update for my f900-bt, which includes the 3.0 update. It failed at 4% on sd card A. It doesn't work at all now. Can I install the hack version of 3.0 - would that be like the A card? Can someone walk me through this? I did try to find the 3.0 hack otrrent and the link didn't work. I've booted my unit to CE mode before to remove a corrupted file (for the reboot problem), but I"ve never used a torrent.

 

I'd also be interested in learning about a replacement unit. I'm really tired of any change on this unit becoming a 'project' that entails not having nav or music for several days/weeks. It's hockey season and I've got rinks to find and psych up music to play for the little squirt and peewee dammit! lol.
