Slingplayer using the USB cable on z120bt

Ijust hooked up my iPhone 4 to the USB cable and I was able to output netflix to the z120bt and rear monitor. When I tried the slingplayer I only got audio. Anyone get this to work without using an iPod video cable? The USB is good because it charges the iPhone an I have the proclip dock.

Does the Slingplayer app support TV OUT on the phone? If not there is no way to do it without a jailbreak.

Not sure. My iPhone is jailbrokn anyway. I'll get the tv out apps. Thanks for the reply.

As far as I know the only non Apple video app that is approved to support TV OUT natively is the Netflix app. I have been doing this with my jailbroken phone sense day one however so it should not be a concern if you are jailbroken.

I have found that 'TVOutTuner' works with just about anything on my Jailbroken iPod (Touch). This is available through Cydia.
