Yeah how else do you expect to get it? MSN-D will become obsolete in the end of this year however.

I highly suggest you read the threads on MSN. It is quite simply the most useless thing you could add to the Pioneer. The only positive I can think of - it makes the MSN button light up.
The service itself is useless for traffic et al.
