I have the ip and av bus hooked up but no picture...just sound. Anyone have any idea what's wrong?

No picture from 6400tv

what do you have it hooked up to?
that tv tuner only worked with the AVHP6400cd

No.
That 6100 only works with the model you named.
The 6400 works with anything.

I have it hooked up to a z1. I get sound fine just no video.

Bypass issue perhaps?

You may have to use the rca video out and connect it to the Z1's video in to get picture. That tuner was meant to work with the older flip-outs.
