Can i use the radio antenna wire to power up a headrest monitor if i put it into a power mode?

I wouldn't, it's not really designed for that much load.

you can use the Ant wire to power up a relay that would provide power to the headrest monitors.

yes you can use a relay to be able to use the low current output of the ant wire to provide enough current to power the monitors, but if your going to have it into power mode, then why not just hook them up to an ACC power source?
