Is there any way to wire this deck without the RCA harness ?

Im not sure I understand; just don't plug it in unless you need it.

i wont get any problems with Nav because tht harness has parking break and mute wire
basically i got a used unit with no wires n i only got the power harness

Parking break is on the power harness last time I checked.

Well the OP hasn't actually said which unit they have, but yes, ebrake is on the power harness, with no RCA harness they're SOL on the mute wire mod, but them's the breaks.

I didn'g get one with mine either. So i just used two pin pc soket to connect back-up camera. Without RCA it works well.

You can use the unit but you will not be able to do the bypass without that harness.
