i just got the bluetooth interface and did the bluetooth software upgrade, that worked great .. my problem is that i can hear the person im calling but they cant hear me... and the voice comands do not work on the z1... so i un pluged the mic and pluged it back in and the voice comands worked and i made a call and the other person can hear me.. but then i made anthor call and they couldnt hear me again and the voice comands stop working again.?? anyone have any idea why??

When the voice commands stop working does the little voice icon go away?

That icon will be there when the z1 physically senses the mic plug in the hole in the back of the Z1. So if it goes away, then either it's wiggling out or there is something with the receptacle in the back of the Z1 where it's not sensing the mic jack. It's a physical arm on that receptacle so it's possible it's intermittent.

the little voice command icon is still their and i can push it and it asks for a command but it dosent seem to hear me... that also happens when the blue tooth stops hearing me also... maybe it is the mic .. i have a extra mic from my z1 that was stolen so ill try that when i get home .... thanks for the help!

i replaced the mic and it works great now.. must of been the mic... thanks for the help!!
