Got the Pioneer 12 CDX-P1280 for Christmas, so here are my questions

:?: :?: :?:

1. is there anyway to do a listing of songs (similar to the one displayed for the internal DVD drive)

2. Can it be programed to interface with the gracenote CDDB database?

I have a CD changer, and on my N3 you can view a list of songs if you have a CD that has CD text on it already. Most CDs that you buy don't come with CD text, but CDs you burn usually burn with it.

Only if the information is on the cd itself.

2. Can it be programed to interface with the gracenote CDDB database?

In my experience no.
