worked fine i moved it from my accord to my f150 and everything else works fine but cant click on address search. what can i do?

Hi, I am a noob here, but have the same problem in a used truck I bought with a D3 already installed. The only thing I have are the "red" map platters. I hope someone can enlighten us..I was able to search and find one address after resetting the processor, but the next time I tried to search again, the screen was grayed out.

Would some of you old hands on the forum please have mercy on us ? Thanks

If it was bypassed, check the bypass wiring.

If not, check the parking break wire.
