Guys,

What do you need to take the pins / wires out of the connector for the avic-d2?

Does anyone have a digram on how to take it apart without wrecking the wire?

a quick tug or a jeweler's screw driver.

I had a molex tool. They're basically some fine tipped pliers. I've also used paper clips to release the sides of the locking tabs. I've also seen someone just insert bare wire into the vacant slot w/ a dab of super glue gel. Seems to work fine.

I ordered another harness i saw off of ebay for 20 bucks, so i am going to use the factory wire (Ground wire). I wanted to know how the harness came apart so i dont wreck it

Just give it a good firm tug and it pops out. Grab the wire close the where it enters the harness and you will be fine
