How long should it take for the unit to start working .... It turns on and plays my music, but takes up to 3 minutes for the touchscreen to work. Sometimes it is faster.

Maybe I wired something loose or wrong??? I am going to take it to a local stereo shop next weekend and have them look at it. ????

do you have a CD loaded? these systems seem to want to get that all organized before showing the screen controls.

you definitely have a problem, but i dont think that it is a wiring issue, unless the unit starts to boot then stops and restarts sometimes. the longest thing that you should have to wait for is the bluetooth to power up and connect, and that should never take longer than 1 minute
