hello everyone, my mane is Yovanny and i just got my avic-z120 installed yesterday but my ipod classic does not work at all. i am not sure if the unit is not recognizing it or what. is there anything i need to do the first time i connect my ipod or what? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the Pioneer iPod cable?

And which iPod "Classic" do you have?

i do have the pionner ipod cable and i have the 160GB ipod classic.

Restore your iPod and make sure the AV input is set to Ipod.
