Well i'm not sure of the place you are talking about but I do know a guy named Steve and he call his business Turbo Tunes. He is a great guy & he is in Michigan. He has repaired multiple units of mine & has the best customer svc ever. He knows these units inside & out, I actually have an appointment with him on Monday for the same problem your having. His # is (419)341-3712. When you contact him let him know that "Isley" refered you. hope this helps!

Just got mine fixed this morning & it works like a charm. Fixed both units within an hour so turn around time will be fast.
