I recently changed from a avic 110bt to the new z130bt I plugged in the xm wire from the adapter and still het check antenna I don't believe it's a xm antenna I had it up and running in my old radio

Check antenna, from experience (7 years worth), typically means the antenna is shot. They are $30, but a new one, if it's not return it.
