my name is Manuel, I am from Germany and I bought a Mustang GT from the USA, it came with a nice F700BT Unit. Unfortunately it doesn't contain any European map material since it is a US-model. Please help me out on how to get this system working.

I tried the search function, but it didn't come up with anything relevant.

When d1slon05 says "download the 8.0 version of maps and worldwide licence files from your favourite site", where do I get it, I tried google and everything. Any hint, where to search or can anyone PM me please?

Please check around this site for some information on this. Certain features such as TMC aren't available if you do this, because the US version isn't configured for that. Poke around and you should find what you're looking for.

What is TMC? Will the navigation ever work?
