Error message "DVD-Rom has some problem" Can't eject disk, screen is black other than message.
Lots of models, not sure where to start. Appreciate thoughts -- including getting the D3 fixed as an option

D3 is dead, what replacement?

My D3 is still good but I want to upgrade to F90BT or F900BT anyway.
