My Avic Z1 has '3D Hybrid Sensor (Gyro & G-Force)' which offers some fun features such as current speed, cornering, braking and acceleration information. Is there a way to put these features on my new Z120-BT? I still have my old Z1.

No. However, some people have done it with iPhone apps or a car pc going to the aux video input.
