If I hit the voice activation button and say call, then phone book or just phone book only it goes right to my map screen. If I say call then the name, like home it works fine.

Anyone else have the issue? I don't understand why it does go to the telephone book when it gives it to you as one of the options under voice commands.

If you are on the NAV screen when pressing the call button, it will go back to the nav screen. If done from the AV screen it works ok. That's my experience, and I believe it is a bug in the software.

if I say call "who ever" It only works with the #'s in the address book not the phone book.

and it wont work in the av mode....

Yah thats what I am getting now just the numbers I put in my address book.

I want to know why if I say Telephone book, nothng pops up?
