Hello to all,
I am newly registered here but have been enjoying reading this site for quite a while now.
I bought the European AVIC F10BT and then I bought the official F20BT upgrade from Pioneer. I installed the head unit and performed the upgrade by myself. I have a 160gb iPod Classic connected to the unit using the official Pioneer iPOD cable. Everything works great and as expected. I believe that the F20BT is the European equivalent of the Z120BT in all respects. The only difference being the maps of course. If that is the case, why can I not find the VR Catalog Mode on my F20BT? Is it because I have upgraded from F10BT? Or is it only available on the American units?
This is my setup:
Car: 2007 Toyota Avensis D4D Executive Wagon
Head Unit: AVIC F10BT upgraded to F20BT
Connect to Head Unit: Reverse Camera (non Pioneer), iPOD Classic 160GB, official Pioneer iPOD Cable
I would love to control my iPod via voice. I am new to all this so I am hoping someone can enlighten me?
