Hi guys,

 

New user on here. I noticed yesterday that all the buttons on my AVIC F700BT were changing colors going from white to amber to green to red to blue etc etc etc. I thought it was weird and don't know what caused it, it just started doing it. The unit was working fine aside from that all day long. Then today, i turned on the car and the system boots up to the main screen and just stays on System starting up, please wait....... I am able to click on the settings buttong, the sources button, and it goes to the sub pages but the system starting up box is still on the screen. It wont' go away. Then if i click on the Navigation button on the screen it goes to the navigation warning page and goes nowhere from there????? From that point on even if i click on the menu button it doesn't go back to the main menu again. I reset it a few times, no luck. Tried to do a firmware update to 2.00008 and no luck, it won't initiate the firmware update.

 

 

Anyone else ever have this problem? Can someone please help..... I did various searches on different terms on this forum but cant seem to find anything.
