Backup Camera Issue

I purchased a FJ Cruiser that had a Pioneer F900BT and Pioneer ND-BC2 Backup Camera setup and everything was working perfectly. I performed the hardware hack to be able to type in an address while driving. Worked great!! After the install the backup camera stopped working, so I looked back at the back of the unit and noticed the backup camera brown input cable became disconnected so I plugged it back into the unit. Then I put it in reserve and still not camera showing, just a black screen. I tested and have power to the unit, just no video. I checked the connections, fuses, and the reserve cable connection to the ground. Still nothing, so then I connected a dvd player to the backup camera input and the dvd came right up.

So basically the camera is no longer producing video, what could have caused this? Any suggestions? Is there any way to test that the camera is still good.

Thanks,

Chris

First step would be to check and make sure the camera is getting power.
