There is no GPS functionality any more and the unit turns on and off about every 2-10 minutes. When you touch screen or hard press Map, the unit freezes and won't do anything. The "System Start-Up" message never goes away at all. before everything was,ok, ~1h ago i reinstall 3.0 and still same? what i need to do? please help me

I believe it is a hardware issue, I had a customer when the f700 first came out that had the same problem. We sent it to repair and it was fixed, im not sure what they repaired tho..
