Album artwork not pulling from ipod

I just re-synced my ipod touch after running "Rinse" (a program that cleans up your itunes library). So now my ipod has all this nice album artwork but none of it is showing on my 120's screen when it is playing. I tried the VR catalog but that didnt seem to work. Any ideas?

Try rebooting your iPod. This happens sometimes after I've just synced my iPhone, rebooting the phone fixes it for me.

Stupid question, but was the ID3 tag of the mp3 "actually" updated with the album art or is it just an "iTunes thing"?

 

BTW - mp3tag http://www.mp3tag.de/en/ works fantastic for tagging and cleaning up the ID3 info. Half the crap you torrent is incorrect and has stupid text in the comments field. Not that I condone such activities.
